Fighting Overwhelm

amy magers blog Sep 14, 2021

Being a martial arts business owner is challenging but as long as you have systems and processes in place, you're going to be fine.

If you are reading this, 'Go and schedule some 'you' time today!'

If this seems unrealistic, we should talk.

What you can start doing NOW to fight overwhelm:

  1. Start creating systems for your business.
  1. Train your employees effectively - Make sure all of your employees are on the same page with company goals. Identify what you need help with and delegate tasks accordingly
  1. Make use of AI and online tools like
    • Jarvis, Articoolo to help you write and generate content
    • social media scheduling tools to schedule your posts- a free and great tool is Facebook's creator studio
    • project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, etc) to have an overview of what your team is doing at the moment
    • email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc
    • Podcastle - a tool that quickly transcribes your podcasts, turns text into podcasts and does more cool podcast tricks
  1. Have a mentor or advisor who can provide guidance when needed

Stay passionate about what you do, but don't let the stress and overwhelm get to you too much!
