What are you really good at?

What are you best known for?

It's so easy to get caught up in seeing someone have a good ad or a good photo and you're like, "You know what? I'm going to make that exact same ad or that same photo," but it's not you, it doesn't resonate.
You might be a karate person and you're trying to run a BJJ ad or you're trying to run an MMA ad, and it just doesn't make sense.

Nope. Do you!

Get your face on video and talk about things you are really good at.

You don't want to attract everyone.
You want to niche down to the people you want in your school.
And the best way to do that is by being you.

Don't be somebody else and be like, "Oh, well so and so had this ad and it did really good." It might not convert for you at all because you're not doing you. You're not being real and you're not talking to your perfect avatar.

Sit down.
Create your perfect customer avatar sheet, name your perfect avatar - who they are, what they do, how many kids they have, where they work, where do they drive?

And when you create your content, talk to that person about the things they want to listen to and you will attract the perfect people for your school.
And if you don't, then you're going to get a lot of different people who are going to come in and you're going to have a weird vibe.

Do you!
Create content.
You don't have to get on video every single day (although it helps).
Create content on video, create blog posts, written word.

There's so many things you can do... but when you do it, be yourself.
Talk about the things you want to talk about, the things that your perfect avatar is going to be into and you will get them into your school.

Spend more time on making your content better than just putting out a bunch of content because so-and-so down the street's doing it too.

Really focus on what you do, how you do it different, and why you are the perfect choice and the only choice in your town.

So get out there and crush it.
