When consumers think of your company, what do you want them to think about first?

Is it your logo?

Your ‘cool’ website?

Or do you want them to think about you as the person behind the brand message?

If you are your brand or business’ spokesperson, you MUST be visible- appearing on video content, directly communicating with customers while providing expert information about your industry.

A lot of marketing studies show that videos are preferred by many. A study by Kleiner Perkins shows that mobile video usage has increased by nearly 10 million daily viewing minutes in the last two years. Globally, YouTube is consumers' leading source of video content, at 83% (Facebook is second, at 67%). (HubSpot)

If someone needs a tutorial on something today, guess where they’re going?

Yes, that’s right. They go on YouTube.

So why are you still not on videos?

If you want to grow your business, you just can't use canned videos or images or pictures of your business. Get your FACE on video.

Just get out there, talk on camera.
If you don't like doing the selfie wand, you don't to want to see yourself on camera, have somebody hold the phone and record it for you. And just talk normal and let people get to know, like, and trust you.

If you don't like doing the selfie wand, you don't to want to see yourself on camera, have somebody hold the phone and record it for you.And just talk normal.

Let people get to know, like, and trust you!

You might have been somewhere before and people would come and say, "Oh, hey, I saw you." It certainly happened to me!

I have videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, everywhere. Because people come in, they see me all the time like, "Oh hey, you're the jujitsu guy." I go to dinner, people snuck up to me, "Oh, hey, I saw your YouTube video." But they always see my face. They recognize me with my brand. So when they come in, they feel more comfortable, they're at ease.

You just don't want to be looking like a big Globo Gym where it's just pictures or canned videos. Yes, we do use some canned videos sometimes, but to really dial in and get better results with your marketing. Get yourself on video.

So I challenge you.
Go out.
Make a video.
Post it.
Boost it.
Amplify it.

Whatever you need to do - get it out there, start building your brand.

People have to be aware that you are there and you are the number one choice in your town. So don't just read this and disregard it.
Get out and get your face on video.
