Five minutes a day.

How do you build that growth mindset every day?
I pick up a book and read it every day.
Not much, but I figure it some weird reason I'm like,
"Oh, I need to keep my brain sharp so I need to read from a piece of paper..."
In the morning, I read a little bit, and I always listen to podcasts,
not like super long ones. Rewire podcasts are always five minutes.

Five minutes a day may not be that much but it fits right into my schedule.
Five minutes of reading, push-ups, meditation are definitely much better than five wasted minutes of mindless social media scrolling.
Five minutes a day is two and a half hours each month.

You won’t achieve anything significant in 5 minutes but a year later, you'd be very proud to look back at the progress you’ve made.
